Intelligent Pricing Client.exe has stopped working

When you are trying to run your Automatic Repricing Tool and you get an error message saying 'Intelligent Pricing Client.exe has stopped working' this normally means that the Repricing Tool is already active and running on your PC. See Error below,

 

To verify that this is the case take a look beside your clock on your toolbar and see if there is a SellerExpress logo there (Blue and orange ball). If it's there then your tool is already running and you don't need to start it again.
