Email Settings - Email Text


Access this screen by selecting “Settings” > “Emails”

The Email Settings Screen allows you to set SellerExpress to automatically send customers emails on the status of their orders.

Email Options Available:
There are several times when customers can be emailed and you can choose at which times customers will receive them. You can also customise the text of the message they receive per marketplace.

Pending - When the order is received by SellerExpress
Dispatched - When the order is marked as dispatched in SellerExpress
Refunded - A message sent to customers if you don't specify a specific one when refunding the customer

NB: When setting up your own custom text you can use HTML to customise the look of these messages.
