Anti-spam software can sometimes block legitimate e-mails. To ensure that your e-mail subscriptions always reach your inbox, you can 'whitelist' e-mails from SellerExpress.com, i.e. tell your spam filter to let messages from SellerExpress.com through. The method for white-listing varies depending on your e-mail software. Often, you can add the address in the 'From' line of your most recent subscription e-mail to your Address Book.

Alternatively, add the SellerExpress.com domain to your safe senders list or mark it as 'not spam'. Please refer to the documentation for your e-mail software or contact your Internet Service Provider for instructions on how to whitelist messages from trusted senders.

Emails sent from SellerExpress will originate from the following servers if you wish to white list the servers:

se1.sellerexpress.com (213.171.197.24)
login.sellerexpress.com (213.171.197.145)
