From the list on screen tick the marketplace you are looking at add to your account. If your package is affected by this change we’ll let you know by displaying a popup message.

NB. If you are adding multiple eBay accounts (eBay UK, eBay.com, etc) you can do multiple at once.
NB. If you are adding multiple eBay Stores (Ie, 3 eBay UK Stores) click here for details.

Once you have added eBay to your subscription you need to enter your account details.

Adding Your eBay Settings:
Once you have subscribed to your account you can add your eBay settings. To do this click “Settings” then “eBay Account Settings”. Once the screen loads click on the eBay you have just added to bring up the eBay Settings below.

Start by adding your “Account Name” (1), this is for internal SellerExpress purposes if you have multiple accounts. Next you enter your “Stock Location”, which is normally your County or City and then “Country” (2).

The next details to add are your Paypal email address (3) and refund details. Your refund message (4) is your refund policy displayed on each product and the number of days you’ll accept returns. Once you have entered these details you can go ahead and “Link” your account, do this by clicking “Link” (5) up on the table at the top of the screen.

Once you have clicked “Link” a popup will appear login to your eBay account and accept the Terms and Conditions. Once your account has been linked make sure to click the “Ok” Button and not the “X” at the top of the screen.

Going live:
Once you have linked your account you can go ahead and start Listing products, Profiles and Variations setup. Click on the links to get further details on each.
