  1. Login to your Volusion Webstore
  2. Click “Inventory”
  3. Click “Imports & Exports”
  4. Click “Data Export”
  5. Set “Table” as “Products” and tick “Check All Products Columns”
  6. Scroll down a little and set “Export To” to “CSV”
  7. Click “Export Now” (The file will take longer to generate the more products you have)
  8. Once the file has been generated download it onto your PC

Now you can Import your file into SellerExpress by opening the ‘Volusion Import Screen’. Select “Browse”, locate your file and hit ok. By selecting different “Import Options” you can change how this file is Imported, please find a breakdown of each below,

As default cost price is taken from the productprice field. On request to support this can be changed to listprice or vendor_price.

Default Sale Price is imported from saleprice, this cannot be changed.

To apply images and description from Volusion to be used on your eBay listings tick the boxes next to “Apply Volusion Images and Description To eBay Marketplaces”.

NB. Only your first Volusion image will be added to your eBay image gallery.

Once you’ve imported your products for the first time you can update product quantities within SellerExpress by repeating this process on a regular basis.

Exporting Orders:
You can set SellerExpress to automatically export your orders / stock quantities back to your Volusion Webstore. You can change this setting on the Volusion Settings Screen.

When the schedule runs, any pending Volusion orders in SellerExpress are set to picking, these orders are also then created on the customers Volusion Webstore as “new” orders. Once they complete the orders on Volusion and another scheduled SellerExpress job runs it will then set the orders to complete in SellerExpress.

The export runs on a schedule but you can generate your own export file of all orders with Volusion SKU and quantity ordered.

NB. Orders are exported on a schedule; find the schedule here.
