You may have products in SellerExpress that you have selling on online marketplaces that need to be taken off sale. There is more than one way you can do this, below are your three options:
- Search for the product in SellerExpress and set the stock to zero from the Product screen and click Update (The next marketplace upload will remove this item from sale)
- Search for the product in SellerExpress and un-tick the ‘List’ option from the Marketplace screen (for the marketplace in question) and click update (The next marketplace upload will remove this item from sale)
- Run a new Import and reset the stock level for this product to be zero (http://login.sellerexpress.com/newhelp.aspx?helpdeptid=136)
NB: Once you do one these steps your products will automatically delist from Amazon. If you need to remove your stock immediately you can delist through SellerCentral after you have completed one of these steps. If an item is still set to list in SellerExpress and has positive stock it will automatically relist even if you set it not to list on SellerCentral.
If you wish to remove stock on a supplier by supplier basis have a look at the following document http://login.sellerexpress.com/newhelp.aspx?helpdeptid=44
*It is not currently possible to fully delete a product from SellerExpress
