Orders Being Confirmed On Amazon With The Wrong Delivery Method

If you find that your orders are being uploaded to Amazon with the incorrect Delivery Method (Ie, Royal Mail 1st Class when it should be 2nd Class) this can be updated within SellerExpress by changing your Carrier and Shipping Type settings. Follow the instructions below to do this,
  • Select "Settings" then "Amazon Account Settings"
  • Select the Amazon account which has the incorrect delivery method
  • If you update 'Carrier' and 'Shipping Type' this will be reflected on your orders
  • Press "Update" to save your changes
