FBA features in SellerExpress

Follow

Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) is a service offered by Amazon where you send your products to them and they pick, pack and post them to the customer for a fee. If you are looking for more information on FBA please click here

SellerExpress has the following FBA functionality:
• Products marked as FBA will be treated as zero postage during auto price checking.
• Products marked as FBA will not have the quantity in SellerExpress uploaded to Amazon as the quantity is controlled by Amazon themselves. Click here for more information.
• FBA quantities can be downloaded from Amazon on a daily basis. See the Scheduling section of the Amazon Settings screen to enable this option
• Products marked as FBA and Price Check in the marketplace tab will be automatically price checked prior to going live on the marketplaces.
• Products can be marked as FBA products via the Marketplace section of the product screen.  See help link below.
• Reprice against just FBA and Amazon sellers and ignore other third party marketplace sellers. Set this up on the Price Check Settings Screen.

NB: Please continue to create your FBA labels and shipments on Amazon as SellerExpress does not offer these features

Set a product already in SellerExpress as FBA:
If you are looking to set a product you already have in SellerExpress to FBA you need to set your stock quantities to 0 on the Product Screen. Once you have done this go to Amazon’s website and set the same product to FBA and send your shipment to Amazon.

Once Amazon receives your shipment SellerExpress will automatically mark your product as FBA and update your quantity.

Set a product not already in SellerExpress as FBA:
If you are looking to sell a new FBA product and haven’t sold it as merchant first you’ll need to setup the product on Amazon’s website, set it to FBA and send your stock to Amazon. Once you’ve done this you also need to add the product to SellerExpress, please read this helpfile to know how to do this. Please make sure to set your stock quantities to 0 when creating your product.

Once Amazon receives your shipment SellerExpress will automatically mark your product as FBA and update your quantity.

Order processing FBA in SellerExpress:
As SellerExpress doesn't process your FBA orders, we update your quantities based on your Amazon FBA report several times a day so these quantities are correct. This means that Order Reports and stock history does not apply to FBA products within SellerExpress.

NB: If you wish to list the same item once as FBA and another as merchant fulfilled simply create a second SellerExpress SKU for the FBA listing.
